Q1: Can this be wall mount?
A: No, it can only be used as desk mount. Sorry about that.
Q2: Can I have middle monitor higher than the left and right? Not just little higher but totally on top of the other two forming a triangle?
A: Yes you can do that. You can adjust the middle mount to the very top and the gas spring arms to the bottom. Also, you may be able to do a reverse triangle. However, the screen might not be able to parallel with each other, it's up to your monitor size.
Q3: Is this compatible with curved monitor?
A: Yes, as long as the monitors fit our vesa standard 75x75mm or 100x100mm , and the weight is between 4.4 and 19.8 lbs.
Q4: What is the length of the center pole?
A: 15.87 inches
Q5: Does it come with the screws for the back of the monitors?
A: Yes, all the hardware is included in the package.
Q6: Does this also come with a grommet mount as well?
A: No.
Q7: How wide can it go?
A: The entire length is 45.82 inches when the gas spring arms are widely opened.
Q8: Is it possible to remove one of the arms? I currently have 3 monitors but may only use 2 in the future.
A: Yes, you can remove it as you need.
Q9: How to adjust the tension of the two gas spring arms?
A: You can use the 5mm Allen key that we provided to adjust the tension to correspond to the weight of the monitor. You can find more information in our user manual.
